‘Chik Chok’ ka chaska chadha Bhaiyas aur Bhabhis pe

A new video making app has kept the bhaiyas and bhabhis of &TV’s Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai occupied, Keeping up with the trend, the upcoming episode showcases the addiction of a new video app in Modern Colony, ‘Chik Chok’. While Anita Bhabhi and Tiwari pair up to create new and entertaining videos, Angoori Bhabhi and Vibhuti form their own team to make new videos. All is fun and fair when a monetary value brings up a competitive spirit amongst the pairs. Taking varied avatars for each video, the pairs fight amongst themselves for a winning prize of 50lakhs. How each of them handle their greed only to realize they have been fooled is the next entertaining episode of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai.

I thoroughly enjoy creating these videos and hence shooting this episode was an absolute fun one. Unlike the scenario where we take up a single character to showcase it for 4-5 episodes, this one episodes captures 2-3 different looks of ours. Jiten Lalwani bulks up for the role of Kesari in &TV’s Kahat Hanuman Jai Shri Ram

Having played roles like Shani Dev twice in the past supremely talented actor Jiten Lalwani will be seen playing the compassionate role of Kesari, Lord Hanuman’s father in &TV’s upcoming mythological show Kahat Hanuman Jai Shri Ram. This is his third stint in a row with mythology and like every role, Jiten is leaving no stone unturned to portray his best side. While the actor practices yoga, he is simultaneously also focusing on muscle gain for the character. Rather than resorting to junk food, the actor has chosen the healthy route.

Lean yet fit in his appearance, Jiten wasn’t too fond of the gym routine and never imagined going to one. Given the actor’s appearance had to be bulky and strong, hence muscle gain became a priority. Talking about setting up this new fitness regimen the actor said, “When I had initially discussed my role with the makers, the decision was not to bulk up but just maintain toned physique. Initially, the sudden change was difficult to cope up, but eventually, I got used to the new regime of gymming every day in the morning before leaving for my shoot. It’s been 5 months since I adapted to this lifestyle change and I honestly see the benefits coming from it. In fact, have noticed a difference in my muscle strength and in my body. Although I have put on 5Kgs, the weight is looking great on me for the role and in fact, helps me avoid any kind of resistance towards the new exercise routine.”

The actor not only started gymming but also altered his diet and took the route of low-carb high protein diet to maintain the fat level in the body. Sharing this diet change Jiten said, “Even though I always ate healthy food, but with this new regime, I have started calculating and monitoring my daily food intake and calorie count. Initially, when I started, it was a bit boring to eat the same kind of food but my wife came to my rescue and started cooking different varieties to keep me going. It is important for everyone to follow a balanced diet, especially while working out. I do hope people notice this new me and appreciate it.”

Considered as the epitome of ‘Bhakti’ and an incarnation of the powerful and supreme Lord Shiva, Lord Hanuman was created as the most powerful being on earth with a certain purpose and potential. While many Gods hold a prominent position in a devotee’s life for various reasons, for Lord Hanuman it was his unyielding devotion and his selfless dedication to Lord Ram that made him the most renowned of devotees to have ever existed. To visually represent the true essence and strength of His ‘bhakti’ towards Lord Ram and capture His many unexplored sides of dedication and power, &TV is all set to present a fascinating tale of ‘devotee and devotion’ with its show titled ‘Kahat Hanuman Jai Shri Ram’.

Kahat Hanuman Jai Shri Ram airs every Monday to Friday at 9:30 pm only on &TV

With a uniform approach we are anticipating a larger positive impact in Thane especially at Yeoor Hills. educating the underprivileged rural kids and member of the territory, making the environment substantially greener and cleaner.
"Earth Day is April 22 of every year. April 22, 2020 will mark 50 years of Earth Day. The major theme for Earth Day 2020 is climate action. The enormous challenge but also the vast opportunities of action on climate change have distinguished the issue as the most pressing topic for the 50th anniversary.
Climate change represents the biggest challenge to the future of humanity and the life-support systems that make our world habitable. Earth Day 2020 wants to recognize every person, every group, and every action being taken to improve our world whether it be lifestyle changes that cut emissions, action on plastics pollution, species protection, university and school teach-ins, tree plantings, local and global cleanups, switching to a more plant-based diets, or voting with your wallet and your ballot.
It’s that time of year again: Time to put 2019 — a tumultuous year of ups and downs for our planet to bed and start fresh with renewed energy and vision for 2020.

To combat climate change, we need bold political action and transformative change across industries and sectors. But change also starts with individual action which should be the main focus for all to instill in each other and bring about sustained changes and protect our Mother Earth. Support Earth Day Network by joining its several initiatives such as Earth Rise, VoteEarth, Protect Our Species, Great Global Cleanup Campaign, #EndPlasticPollution, Artists for Earth, Earth Challenge 2020 and many more" Words by Pornica Chatterjee Assistant Manager Earth Day Network on Earthday 2020

Morning Fresh - India’s first natural hangover detox drink has been a boon to many of us. It comes in multiple flavours and in convenient sized bottles that you can slip into your bag, pocket or even keep by your bed side. One shot of this drink at night has been the answer to a perfectly balanced personal and professional life. The drink has been a huge hit in the Indian market, becoming a must-have for countless party-goers. Following its phenomenal success, the company has launched a brand new line of products in the market- Morning Fresh Pop.

Morning Fesh Pop comes in ready-to-drink sachets which contain all the goodness of the existing beverages in terms of detoxification and providing anti-oxidants, vitamins and proteins. However, this line also has the benefits of additional electrolytes that will help improve hydration after a night out and also helps calm down the stomach after an onslaught of alcohol. All one has to do is mix one sachet of it into a glass of water and drink it before bed. These are especially handy to      stock-up on in case of emergencies and the sachets are also purse-friendly! This new range contains Vitamin C - a strong antioxidant that can strengthen your body’s natural defenses, Mulberry Extract - a powerful antioxidant that contains polyphenols and flavonoids that boosts immunity, and Silk Protein from the ahimsa silk that actively supports liver function and helps your body metabolise alcohol and flush it. It comes in three delightful flavours - Orange, Lime and Strawberry or an assortment of all three flavours.

It is a scientifically tested formula that has been approved by the Food Safety Standard Authority of India [FSSAI]. When consumed as the last drink of the night, Morning Fresh POP helps in rapid breakdown of alcohol in the system by reactivating an existing enzyme, Alcohol Dehydrogenase (ADH) in your liver. ADH is a naturally occurring enzyme in your body that gets suppressed with too much of alcohol consumption. The active ingredients in Morning Fresh POP will help your liver rapidly metabolize alcohol from your system. The toxins in your body will get flushed out before potential damage can be done to your liver, and you wake up fresh, ready to do more and get back to the everyday hustle.

The Morning Fresh shots were formulated following a breakthrough in silk bio-technology at the Sericare Research and Development Facility. Research showed that silk proteins had a natural ability to activate enzymes that break down alcohol in the liver. The products are all-natural with zero added sugars and fats so even the most health-conscious can drink it guilt-free. The company that started in 2015 has since expanded into offering weekend packs and hangover survival kits as providing options for bulk orders for weddings and events.

The product is available in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai across popular MRP stores, modern retail, premium bars and on all major online platforms.
